What It Feels Like:

Even though the temperature says 17 degrees with a real feel of 5, it actually feels warmer. With the sun shining bright and less breezy conditions today, it feels more like we’re around 30 degrees. Enjoy the sunshine while it lasts, because a lot of snow is supposed to come our way. These snow showers will start this evening around 5 pm and continue throughout the day tomorrow.

 

What It Looks Like:

 

What To Wear:

All suggestions are centered around Valentine’s Day for both girls AND guys! One suggestion will be more casual while the other one will be more formal.

*Hair:

Girls:

-Casual: A messy bun always does the job. It looks cute and doesn’t take a lot of energy to create!

-Formal: Soft, voluminous curls are the trick for tonight. Large hot rollers are going to be key to achieving this look. Once you take them out, flip your hair over your head and brush out your hair so that you get the volume while achieving that movie start look.

Guys:

-For guys, you basically wear the same hairstyle for any event. But for tonight, add a little gel in your hair so that it looks manicured and put together.

*Top:

Girls:

-Casual: If you’re staying in with the girls, you want to go for a cute/comfy look. Keep it simple by wearing a long-sleeved black scarf and incorporating a heart scarf.

-Formal: Going with the color scheme of Valentine’s Day, wear a dress that is either pink or red. Wearing a lace material also looks great on Valentine’s Day.

Guys:

-More Casual: If you don’t want to go all out tonight but still want to look nice, incorporate a fitted sweater into the outfit. You can choose to either add a nice, white shirt underneath or just wear the sweater as is. Again, red would be a great color for today’s festivities.

-Formal: Today is the day to go all out! If you’re going to a fancy dinner with your sweetheart, put on a nice suit and tie. (And yes, a red tie would be perfect!)

*Bottoms:

Girls:

-Casual: You can either wear a pair of dark, denim jeans or go with a pair of black yoga pants.

Guys:

-More Casual: A pair of khakis looks great with that red sweater.

*Accessories:

Girls:

-Casual: Like I said above, incorporate something heart related, whether it’s a heart scarf or heart necklace, this will play up any Valentine’s activities you do today.

-Formal: Because you don’t want to go overboard, wear a simple Pandora charm bracelet.

Guys:

-For either outfit, add a nice looking watching to the ensemble. With the more casual look, wear a watch with a brown band. And with the formal look, you’re going all out, so might as well wear your nicest watch!

-Casual: A pair of riding boots or comfy moccasins will do the job!

-Formal: To break off all the red in the outfit, wear a pair of black heels.

Guys:

-Casual: Sperry’s will go perfectly with this outfit.

-Formal: A pair of nice, black shoes.

What It Feels Like:

Another beautiful Sunday in February! Temperatures well above average for this time of year. The sun is shining bright making it feel like Spring. Due to the stronger breeze, it will feel a little chilly from time to time. Overall, no precipitation, tons of sunshine, and warm temperatures for your Super Bowl Sunday.

 

What It Looks Like:

 

What To Wear:

All suggestions are centered around going to a Super Bowl party

*Hair: Going for a more relaxed look, a cute updo will do the trick. Whether it’s a messy bun or a simple bottom knot, this will look great and stay in place for the entirety of the night.

*Top: Football jerseys are a must tonight. Even if you don’t have one for the two teams who are playing, show off your spirit by wearing one of your team’s football jerseys.

*Bottoms: You can go two ways with this look. If you want to look more athletic, incorporate a pair of black workout leggings. If you want to look more girly, pair your jersey with some light denim jeans. It would look even better if the jeans were distressed in certain areas!

*Accessories: With your updo, add a bandana or cute athletic headband.

*Shoes: Keds or sneakers are the best option for this outfit.

What It Feels Like:

Comparing it to the beginning of January, this week will feel a lot warmer. Today’s high can get as warm as 40 degrees. It is quite breezy outside, so the real-feel might feel a little bit cooler than it actually says. Overcast conditions, but the good news is, no chance for precipitation today.

 

What It Looks Like:

 

What To Wear:

*Hair: Today would be a good day to curl your hair with a curling iron. With the high humidity and breezy conditions, your curls will gradually get loser throughout the day. Therefore, start with slightly tighter curls than you normally would.

*Top: You can either go with the Greek life look by pairing a jacket vest with a flannel or you can go more chic and pair a long-sleeved black shirt with a patterned poncho.

*Bottoms: With the jacket vest, you will want to pair it with a pair of dark, denim, skinny jeans. If you decide to go with the poncho, add some black leggings.

*Accessories: You don’t want too much going on with this outfit. With the jacket vest, you can add a fun statement necklace. In both of these looks, incorporate a bold, sparkly watch. It’ll work with either ensemble.

*Shoes: Combat or Timberland boots will look great with the jacket vest. On the flip side, some black, leather, riding boots finish off the poncho ensemble.

What It Will Feel Like:

College Game Day

Tomorrow morning will be rather cold. If you plan on heading over to College GameDay at Ohio State, make sure to bundle up! Earlier in the morning, temperatures will stay in the low 30s. Luckily, the rain won’t come until later in the afternoon, so we will just see cloudy skies. Wind won’t be too much of a factor in the morning, staying rather calm. All in all, if you plan on being out and about early tomorrow, just remember, layers and heat warmers!

Game Time

It’ll start to warm up a little bit, by the start of the OSU v MSU football game. Temperatures will get into the mid to upper 40s by game time. Wind speeds will start to increase, bringing in that cooler air. With slightly warmer temps, we will see rain throughout the first half. During this time, it will be only rain, no snow. Therefore, make sure to keep those layers on, but also bring an umbrella or rain coat to the game. For those of you wanting to see the first snowfall, you’re in luck! Later at night, around 10 pm, we will be seeing snowflakes in the night sky.

What To Wear:

Women

*Hair: With cold temperatures mixed with rain and snow in the forecast, it would be best to go curly. Use a curling iron to put in some loose curls in tiny sections. In addition, you can either wear a “slouch” beaniehat or headband. You will definitely need to wear one of these to keep you warm and dry throughout the game.

*Top: LAYERS! I know you want to show off your buckeye spirit, but you also have to stay warm. Wear a long sleeved under armor shirt as your first layer. Then, add a warm sweater above. Finally, you can either wear a jacket vest, leather jacket, North Face or winter coat. I would suggest going with the leather or North Face jacket because it won’t be unbearably cold, but it’ll protect you from the rain during the first half.

*Bottom: Either go with a pair of dark, denim, skinny jeans or black leggings.

*Shoes: Rain boots, riding boots, or combat boots are essential for tomorrow. It all depends on the look you’re going for. I would suggest going with the combat boots because it’ll keep your feet dry and you can wear warm socks with them.

*Accessories: Along with the hat or headband, you will need a thick infinity scarf. This is your chance to show off your buckeye pride. In addition, it’s always fun to add a face tattoo.

 

Men

*Hair: A hat is essential for the game tomorrow. Wear a grey, “slouch” beanie hat to stay warm, dry and in style.

*Top: Again, layers are crucial. I would suggest a long sleeved under armor shirt for the first layer. Then, add a hoodie. Finally, finish it off with a North Face jacket.

*Bottom: Dark, denim jeans will look great with this outfit.

*Shoes: You can either go with a pair of Timberlands or Sperry’s. Either one will keep your feet dry when it starts to rain.

You know it is going to be a good day when the weather forecast shows 0% cloud coverage. Clear blue skies and the sun is shining all over Ohio State’s campus. There is a slight breeze coming in making it rather comfortable for sitting outside. No chance of precipitation today. If I were you, I would take advantage of this warm, sunny weather and spend it outdoors. Because it is November, and it will start to get cold again (I promise!).

*Hair: The popular hairstyle around campus seems to be half up/half down naturally curly hair with a bun on top.

*Top: With the sun shining bright, there’s no need for layers. This weather screams romper or a sun dress.

*Shoes: Finally, depending on the length of your romper/dress, you can either go with a pair of nude wedges or simple flip flops.

What It Feels Like:

This week is going to be absolutely beautiful! Clear, calm and warm! Throughout the week, we’ll see temperatures flirting with the 70s. Mostly sunny skies will be consistent for the most part, more clouds moving into the area by Thursday. But as you step outside today, it is literally a breath of fresh air. Sunny skies, mid-60s and the smell of Fall in the air.

What It Looks Like:

What To Wear:

*Hair: Go with a voluminous, straight hairstyle. Since humidity and wind is low, you’ll be able to hold this hairstyle the whole day.

*Top: Wear a short-sleeved sweater. This way, you’ll be carrying the fall style while staying cool in this warmer weather.

*Bottom: Depending on the color of the sweater, match it with a darker shade on the bottom. In addition, with this 70 degree weather, today is the perfect day to get out the shorts.

*Accessories: Because this is a more casual look, go with a simple necklace or a chunky bracelet.

Tut-Tut, it looks like rain! Not only do we have 100% cloud coverage, but, later on, we will be seeing a 100% chance of precipitation. There is a slight chance of rain from 11am -2pm. Most likely, the majority of showers will come in after 3 pm. We’re seeing temperatures just barely getting into the low 50s. However, with the warmer air blowing in, it’ll actually feel a little bit warmer as the day progresses. Wind speeds will increase throughout the day. Overall, it will be an overcast, rainy day.

A little chilly as you wake up this morning. Luckily, the sun is shining bright in the sky which will create a gradual increase in temperatures. By the middle of the afternoon, temps should rise into the low 70s. Some clouds may roll in, but shouldn’t affect the overall sunshine. No chance for precipitation today. Winds will be a little stronger today, staying around 10 mph. Overall, it will be a very pleasant day.

What To Wear:

*Hair: Bun it up. Today seems like a good day to be creative with either a messy or ballerina bun. Incorporate a few braids here and there to make your hairstyle unique to your personality.

*Top: Since it is still cool outside, it would be smart to bring a light jacket with you. However, with temperatures reaching into the low 70s, you won’t need a jacket. As a result, wear a light, crop top sweater. These are VERY in style.

Cool and comfortable are the two words associated with today’s weather. High for today is 62, so it is going to remain chilly throughout the day. It will start out pretty cloudy, but there will be a gradual clearing later in the afternoon. In the evening, temperatures will drop down as low as 39. Good news is, there is absolutely no chance for precipitation.

*Hair: Since there will be a nice breeze present throughout the day, a nice wavy hairstyle will do the trick.

What It Feels Like:

Currently, conditions are a little bit muggy with the higher humidity and already warm temperatures. Earlier this morning, there was a large cumulus cloud encompassing the sky, which brought in a short, light shower. There may be some isolated showers throughout the day. Overall, it should be a beautiful summer day. Partly cloudy skies and highs near 90 degrees.

What It Looks Like:

What To Wear:

*Hair: Keeping in mind the higher humidity, it would be smart to keep your hair pulled back. You can either choose a side, French braid or a curly half up/half down look.

*Top: If you are planning to be outdoors today, choose a lighter colored top. This way, you will stay cooler than you would by wearing darker colors. A white, loose tank top would be perfect.

*Bottom: Again, with the hot temperatures, you don’t want to be wearing long pants or a maxi skirt. To be more comfortable, go with a pair of high-waisted denim shorts.

*Accessories: Because this look is more laid-back, you don’t want to overwhelm it with accessories. Instead, put on a wrap-around bracelet to make your outfit pop.
